We offer online scheduling and same day fit-ins with our Double Board-Certified Dermatologist & EVERY visit with always with the Dermatologist. Cosmetic and Hair Loss consultations may be subject to a wait list based on availability. A credit card on file is required to reserve appointments. We aim to provide excellent service to our patients including prompt availability of our services and therefore you will be billed for any missed/cancelled appointments without 24-hour notice.
We accept cash, credit, debit, HSA and FSA cards. Health Savings (HSA) and Flex Spending (FSA) accounts can be used for non-cosmetic services.
Labs: You may continue to use your insurance for bloodwork and pathology services. We also offer affordable pathology and labs fees for cash pay patients.
RX: No more waiting at the pharmacy for your medication! We offer a wide variety of in-office RX medications & custom compounded creams in our office. You can also use our insurance for medication coverage.

Established Patient, Straightforward – Established Patient, Comprehensive
| $200 – $325 | 1 straightforward problem, stable rash follow-up, and medication refills. Do not book this appointment type for a full skin examination. – Full skin examination, rashes, hair loss, a complex problem, or multiple issues. This appointment type will give us plenty of time to cover all of your concerns and allow for minor procedures as well.

2nd Opinion Consultation | $1,000 | Generally required for patients who would like extended time to sort through a complex medical situation. This appointment type will allow extended time to discuss the background without feeling rushed. It will allow Dr. Mays to review prior testing and external notes/evaluations completed. This is an extended appointment and you should arrange to email your prior records ahead of time. Dr. Mays reviews records in advance of the appointment to provide the best analysis. A $250 deposit is required for this appointment and will be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 72 hours in advance of the appointment. This appointment Mays require biopsy or other laboratory investigation. (Additional fees will apply in those cases). Depending on the volume of records provided or the time it will take to discuss the case with consulting physicians, there Mays be additional fees ($100-200). Follow-up appointments are generally charged at the standard follow up rates. |
Autoimmune 2nd Opinion Consultation | $1,000 | Generally required for patients with known or suspected autoimmune disease, who require a comprehensive analysis of their medical history and current problems. This is an extended appointment and you should arrange to email your prior records ahead of time. Dr. Mays reviews records in advance of the appointment to provide the best analysis. A $250 deposit is required for this appointment and will be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 72 hours in advance of the appointment. This appointment Mays require skin biopsy or other laboratory investigation—which will be completed during this visit (Additional fees will apply). Cosmetic Consultation | $350 | New patients desiring cosmetic treatments are REQUIRED to book a cosmetic consultation, so that Dr. Mays has the opportunity to provide her expert opinion. Procedures Mays be performed the same day as time allows. If you plan to have any treatments done the same day as your consultation, please advise us so that we Mays schedule the appropriate amount of time to meet your needs. Cosmetic procedure fees are NOT included in the consultation fee. |
